The Laundry Room has a full size washer and dryer. This room also has a walk in shower.
The Balcony is comfortably furnished for relaxing first thing in the morning or last thing in the evening after a wonderful day at the Beach. Our Balcony is one of the few PRIVATE Balconies in the complex.

North side jewel with views of 8 bodies of water. Our condo is in the NEW Phoenix West 2 which is on the Beach but our unit overlooks the Bay to the north.

Guests will enjoy the large indoor and outdoor pools of which one is a lazy river pool. The property also has a fitness room, sauna, tennis courts and BBQ grills. We are equipped with high speed wifi and HDTV. This will be the perfect condo for a large group or several families to enjoy the wonderful beaches of South Alabama.
