The balcony has a table with seating for 4 to enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning or your first cocktail of the evening after a wonderful fun filled day at the beach.
There is also a lounge chair on the balcony for further relaxation.
We have a laundry room inside our luxury condo with a full size washer and dryer.

Since taking ownership late last summer, we have been working diligently at updating and upgrading the entire condo. This fabulous Beachfront 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath Condo is located on the 3rd floor of a low-rise complex, providing guests with plenty of room to spread out on the White Sandy Beach.
The Living Room has been completely refurnished and features a Queen Sleeper Sofa, loveseat and recliners. There is a new wall-mounted 48" HDTV with Blu-Ray Player attached for your viewing pleasure. The Living Room provides access to the roomy 3rd floor balcony, complete with a lounger, dining table with seating for 6.
The Kitchen features granite countertops and wood cabinets. Appliances include a blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Glasses and dishes are plentiful with service for 12, as well as all the common kitchen utensils provided.
The Dining area features a counter height table with seating for 6.
The large Master Bedroom features a comfortable King Size bed with a 32" Flat Screen HDTV and access to the large Balcony. Storage room abounds and seating is provided for relaxing with a book or getting dressed. The full Bathroom comes complete with double vanity and separate room for Shower/Tub combination.
The Guest Bedroom features a comfortable Queen sized Bed and 27" Flat Screen TV. This bedroom also has an attached private Bathroom.
There was a new washer/dryer installed in October 2014. The entire condo sports a fresh coat of paint and new light fixtures throughout. New bedding and new furniture were added in March 2015.
WiFi is provided by SecureVision so not problem connecting to the internet.
Common areas include a small courtyard, recently renovated Outdoor Pool, 2 new charcoal grills, and a lighted gazebo with seating. Rental Beach Chairs/Umbrellas are also located in front of the condo complex

You will love the view of the Blue Green Waters of the Gulf of Mexico as soon as you enter the front door. You will immediately want to walk out onto our Spacious Balcony to get the feel of the Beautiful Vacation Spot you have picked. Tidewater is located near the jetty where the fishing boats go out and directly across from Zeke's Marina so you can take a Deep Sea fishing trip or dolphin cruise without even getting in the car. We are conveniently located to restaurants, shopping (both fun and grocery).
We have updated our entire condo with new tile floor throughout and new Master Shower in November 2018

The views from our Penthouse Condo at The Palms in Orange Beach are Fabulous. With the wrap around balcony you have views all around of the Beautiful White Sandy Beaches and Blue Green Waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The Balcony has a Table with 4 chairs and 4 additional comfortable chairs for enjoying your first cup of coffee in the morning while watching the Dolphins and Deep Sea Fishing Boats going through the Pass for their daily catch. Then after a Wonderful Day on the Beach you can relax with an evening cocktail while watching the Boats return with their bountiful catch of the day.
The Living room is furnished with comfortable furniture to relax while looking at the views or watching a movie on the Large Flat Screen TV with DVD. Our Living room has wall to wall Sliding Glass doors that open onto the spacious Balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Since we do not have a sleeper we provide an inflatable queen mattress for the additional guests.
The Dining room which also has views of the Gulf of Mexico has a table that seats 6. There is a Breakfast Bar with additional seating and the Kitchen also has a table with seating for 4.
